After much anticipation Aldn has finally given the public his single “icantbelieveiletyougetaway”. The song became available at midnight eastern standard time on May, 31, 2024.
The song is a change of pace compared to the previous works of Aldn. The lead singer, Alden Robinson, is known for his hyperpop-esque sound. This new song uses his captivating vocals with a slower paced beat. The lyrics are memorable and the iconic line “I can’t believe I let you get away” hits all the right spots for the listener. I counted the minutes until the release of this song, and I would’ve waited longer if need to. This song is worth all 2 mins and 15 seconds of your undivided attention. The quality of this track is, in my opinion, unmatched to any of the previous works of Aldn. The mastery of lyrics, instruments and tone are unmatched.
